PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing birds from flying in, capable of surely preventing the birds from flying in and perching, and preventing a pollution, etc., caused by the excrement of the birds. SOLUTION: This preventing device is equipped with a short cylindrical rotating body 1 rotating around its axial center L by having a flowing passage 10 in the axial center L direction for passing wind through and receiving the wind. The rotating body 1 has an inside blade plate 2 installed as projecting in its inner radial direction and receiving the wind flowing into the flowing passage 10, and an outer blade plate 3 installed as projecting in its outer radial direction and receiving the wind flowing through the outside. In the rotating body 1, a multiple number of window parts 5 for passing the wind in inner and outer radial directions are formed at the cylindrical part 11. Also, the device is equipped with supporting pillar members 6 for holding two rotating bodies 1 as freely rotatable, and a lengthy belt state mounting base frame 30 mounted on a mounting surface 20 and also holding a multiple number of supporting pillar members 6 as multiply standing states in a prescribed interval.
