PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of simply and rapidly analyzing interaction between biopolymers under a still more similar situation to the inside of a living body, by using relatively small amounts of the biopolymers. SOLUTION: In this method for analyzing the biopolymer for the purpose of acquiring information about a change in a higher-order structure of the bioplymer or a site of interaction between the biopolymer and a ligand, the information is acquired by measuring a change in sensitivity of the biopolymer to a hydrolytic enzyme.
