<p>The present invention discloses an adjustable height table, which is convenient for use by adjusting a height of a tabletop and a footrest according to a user's body. An improved table comprises a leg having a first leg part and a second leg part. The first leg part connects to a tabletop. The second leg part is slidingly provided in order to insert or come out toward the first leg part. An adjusting hole is provided at one of the first leg part and the second leg part. An adjusting groove is provided at one of the first leg part and the second leg part. A control knob comprises a nut providing at the adjusting hole, a hollow fixing key inserting slidingly into the adjusting hole. A compressed spring is inserted into the receiving groove. A bolting part is screwed at the nut through the fixing key.</p> |
