<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the unitary management of the point system of a shopping street or a shopping center and the point system of each store. <P>SOLUTION: This point management device is configured to perform access to a point management file 104 in which a basic point to be applied by a shopping center 101 to a registered customer and an each store point to be applied by a tenant 201 are stored for each registered customer, and to transmit/receive data through a network 301 with a POS terminal 202 set in each tenant 201, and to retrieve the basic point and each store point of the registered customer from the point management file 104, and to return it to the POS terminal 202 at the origin of request according to a request transmitted with the prescribed information of the registered customer from the POS terminal 202, and to update the basic point and each store point of the registered customer in the point management file 104 according to sales data transmitted with the prescribed information of the registered customer from the POS terminal 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
