<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic parts feeder to perform a stable parts feeding in which a lock mechanism regulating the movement of right to left or up and down of a chip tape allows a stable chip suction by a nozzle on the side of the electronic parts feeder. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic parts feeder is provided with a chip tape intermittent feed arrangement at a front edge of a machine casing, and conducts the intermittent feed of the chip tape thereto.
