PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate positioning structure in a remote controller which positions the substrate without settling a hole in the substrate, is easy to achieve a pattern design of the substrate thereby, miniaturizes the substrate, increases the number of arrangement of the substrate, and decreases cost. SOLUTION: The substrate positioning structure in the remote controller arranges the substrate 2 at a lower side in a remote controller case and sets a rubber 1 having a plurality of push buttons on the surface at an upper side of the substrate 2. The rubber 1 is formed with a wider width than it of the substrate 2, and a plurality of ribs 3 for positioning the substrate 2 close to right and left edge portions of a back face of the rubber 1 are projected downward.
