PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical examination system capable of easily researching the situation of a specimen without relying on the sensation of an examination expert. SOLUTION: The clinical examination system has a plurality of examination devices arranged in an examination room, the inspection storage space provided to each of a plurality of the examination devices and having a plurality of housing parts arranged thereto, the division coordinates of the examination devices showing the arranging positions of a plurality of the examination devices and the program of the examination treatment route wherein the route following the examination devices of the specimen to be examined is allowed to correspond to the division coordinates of the examination devices corresponding to examination content.
