PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfectly addition-cross-linkable silicone material which has a sufficiently long processing time, after mixed with all components and quickly and perfectly cross-linked at an enhanced temperature. SOLUTION: The excessive presence for perfect cross-linking and the compatibility of an SiH cross-linking agent with a polyorganosiloxane having aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bonds and trifluoropropyl groups are achieved by the introduction of a trifluoropropyl group into the SiH cross-linking agent.
