PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent molding defects such as voids or the like from occurring in a resin portion of a worm wheel in an actuator device. SOLUTION: The worm wheel 14 comprises an approximately fan-shaped metal member including the center of rotation C as a core 14b and teeth 14c insert-molded by using a resin member 14c, covering at least the approximately circular-arc-shaped outer peripheral part 14d of the core 14b and engaged with the worm 12. The approximately arc-shaped outer peripheral part 14d of the core 14b is formed in a wavy shape having a radius from the center of rotation C continuously changing in the extending direction R of the circular arc.
