PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a torque transmission device by simplifying its structure. SOLUTION: This torque transmission device comprises planetary gear mechanisms 67 and 69 having internal gears 71a and 71b, sun gears 73a and 73b, planetary gears 75a and 75b, and planetary carriers 77a and 77b supporting the planetary gears 75a and 75b, a differential case 53 in which the internal gears 71a and 71b are installed, and output shafts 13 and 15 having the planetary carriers 75a and 75b. Brake disks 3 and 5 are connected to the sun gears 73a and 73b in association with each other, and brake calipers 7 and 9 controllably braking the brake disks 3 and 5 are installed.
