PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection device capable of increasing working efficiency for connecting a cylindrical tube forming a pipeline. SOLUTION: When the installation parts 13 of connection members 2a and 2b are fitted to the connection ends of ducts 5a and 5b which are examples of cylindrical tubes and the ducts 5a and 5b are allowed to abut on each other at the connection ends, they are brought into contact with the flange parts 11 and 11 of the connection members 2a and 2b. Accordingly, an area between the connection members 2a and 2b is pressingly held by a fastening member 2 formed at an internal angle smaller than an inverse F-shaped angle by disposing an elastic member 3 on an inverse V-shaped formed by a folded back part 12 formed by folding back the flange parts 11 and tightening the area between the connection members 2a and 2b, and the ducts 5a and 5b can be connected to each other.
