PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular exhaust heat recovery system using heat of exhaust gas of an engine with Rankine cycle without carbonizing oil contained in working fluid. SOLUTION: A cooling water circulating route 3 is provided with a second heat exchanger 4 exchanging heat between cooling water and exhaust gas on an engine 2 before cooling water flows in a first heat exchanger 12. Also, the cooling water circulating route 3 is provided with a bypass line 5 connected to a part between the first heat exchanger 12 and the second heat exchanger 4 at one end and connected to a part between the first heat exchanger 12 and an engine 2 at another end. A thermostat 6 is provided in a connection part between the bypass line 5, the first heat exchanger 12 and the engine 2, and regulates flow rate of working fluid flowing in the bypass line 5 and the first heat exchanger 12 according to temperature of cooling water.
