PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for incinerating disposal objects, exhibiting high utility with an enhanced heat utilization factor from the incinerating system for disposal objects having a considerably high content of moisture such as sewage sludge. SOLUTION: The system for incinerating disposal objects has a fluidized bed boiler 10 for incinerating disposal objects, and a steam turbine device 13 generating electric power and recovering heat sources from the supply of high temperature steam obtained from this fluidized bed boiler 10. The system also recovers and uses cold sources from a absorbing type refrigerator 16, with the heat source from the steam turbine device 13 supplied to this absorbing type refrigerator 16.
