PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grouting construction method for surely and easily constituting a PC structure completely filled with grout, by removing an air reservoir generated by a preceding flow of the grout, when grouting into the post tension system PC structure. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of grout hoses are branched and erected in a section having the risk of generating the air reservoir. A sealed vessel having two opening-closing valves is connected to the grout hoses, and the inside of the sealed vessel is reduced in pressure in advance by a vacuum pump connected to the sealed vessel. Afterwards, the grout is injected into a sheath cable by operating a force feed pump. When becoming a state of shutting up air in the cable sheath when the injected grout causes the preceding flow, injection of the grout is continued, while sucking and removing air and oozing bleeding water of the air reservoir by opening the opening-closing valves connected with the grout hoses of the sealed vessel.
