PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered product for an automobile interior trim which has the appearance not having the excessive ooze of a fatty acid amide of a lubricant composition, favorable abrasion resistance and wear resistance for a long period, and which is excellent also in a grain retaining property and workability. SOLUTION: The layered product for an automobile interior trim is made by layering a thermoplastic elastomer composition layer on a polyolefin foam layer, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises a component (A) and a component (B). The component (A) comprises an olefin based polymer segment (a) as a trunk component and a vinyl polymer segment (b) formed from at least one sort of a vinyl monomer as a branch component, and is a graft copolymer of a polyphase structure type in which one segment forms a dispersed phase as a minute particle of 0.001-10μm of a particle size in another segment.
