PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier transparent laminate which can be subjected to post processing under a wide post-processing condition, can see through content because of excellent transparency, can use a metal detector and is optimum as a packaging material excellent in bending resistance and having high gas barrier properties under a high temperature and high humidity condition. SOLUTION: The gas barrier transparent laminate contains at least a laminate constituted by successively laminating a gas barrier vapor deposition thin film layer (A-layer) with a thickness of 5-300 nm comprising an inorganic oxide and a gas barrier film layer (B-layer), which is constituted by curing a polymerizable acrylic monomer or a mixture of the monomer and an oligomer by a flash vapor deposition method so as to have a thickness of 0.02-20μm, at least on one side of a plastic base material comprising a transparent plastic material.
