PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting auxiliary base devised capable of mounting not only an especially designed fixture body, of course, but also other fixture bodies on a table of a machine tool or a pallet, etc. SOLUTION: This mounting auxiliary base 3 is furnished with a base body 4 to be mounted and fixed on the pallet 2 of the machine tool, etc. and on which the fixture body 101 is mounted and positioning members 5, 5 installed on the base body 4 free to connect and disconnect to and from it. The base body 4 is furnished with installing recessed parts 40, 40 on the side of a mounting surface 4a.
