PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working line capable of facilitating disposal of waste derived from a plurality of machining centers rather than conventionally and a chip conveyor arranged on it. SOLUTION: This working line is constituted by arranging a plurality of the machining centers 2a to 2d having working chambers 25 to work works and work insertion ports 210 to insert the works into the working chambers 25 and arranging front surface parts 21 provided with the work insertion ports 210 at the roughly same level. Each of the machining centers 2 has a waste derivation part 28 to derive the waste produced in the working chamber 25 forward from the front surface part 21. The chip conveyor 5 to convey the waste derived from the waste derivation part 28 toward one side in the arranging direction of the machining centers 2 by receiving it is arranged in front of the front surface parts 21 of a plurality of the machining centers 2. A scaffolding member 3 on which a worker can step is arranged in front of the front surface parts 21 of the machining centers 2, and it is favorable that the chip conveyor 5 is arranged below the scaffolding member 3.
