PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pillow or a mattress disposed in contact with a cold pillow or an ice bag from getting wet with water produced by condensation when the cold pillow or the ice bag is used. SOLUTION: A highly water-absorbing polymer is contained in a main body. A water-barrier film is applied around the outside of the main body using a water-proof resin film or the like to prevent absorbed water from leaking out of the main body. The cold pillow or the ice bag is wrapped with or sandwiched by the main body to prevent them from making direct contact with the pillow or the mattress. When the cold pillow or the ice bag absorbs heat, water produced by condensation is absorbed by the highly water-absorbing polymer, and therefore, the pillow or the mattress can be prevented from getting wet.
