PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a peptide chip capable of obtaining data with high reliability, by controlling nonspecific adsorption of a biomolecule, while amplifying a phosphorylation signal, in a system for measuring phosphorylation by a radioisotope for which the peptide chip is used. SOLUTION: An array for detecting the phosphorylation uses the radioisotope, wherein a protein or a peptide is fastened to a basal plate of the array by using a low-molecular compound having a molecular weight of≤2,000, for example, a compound expressed by formula (I) or formula (II), as a crosslinking agent.
