PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accidents caused by a mobile phone while driving a vehicle. SOLUTION: A navigator function of the mobile phone is used to recognize a moving speed of the mobile phone itself. If the moving speed reaches or exceeds a fixed speed, the mobile phone is automatically switched to a drive mode. If the moving speed becomes lower than the fixed speed later, the drive mode is canceled and it is reported by sound or vibration. Traffic signal waiting, traffic jamming and the like are considered for the timing of cancellation and the lapse of a fixed time may also be defined as conditions for joint use.
