The drinks dispenser machine includes a coupling element at the outflow end of a dispenser pipe (17) for detachably connecting with the dispenser head (18). The coupling element is a substantially rigid tubular outflow member which can be positioned in the dispenser head whereby the shut off valve (19) has a closure member which can be moved relative to the outflow member by the actuating element to open and close the outflow member without significantly reducing the diameter of the flexible part of the dispenser pipe. The shut off valve can be electromagnetic and the dispenser head has an electromagnetic actuating element. Independent claim describes container with carbonated beverage with flexible dispenser pipe and shut off valve with closing member opening and closing outflow member.
