A rotating electric machine manufacturing device used in a process where the winding coil of a motor generator is impregnated with a varnish for hardening, comprising a rotating device (2) supporting a work (S) having the winding coil (Sc) by a chuck (3) from the inner diameter side and rotating the work and a high- frequency power supply device for supplying power to the work. By this, the work can be supported and heated without any device surrounding the work (S). As a result, all treatments from a preliminary drying to the hardening can be performed on one stage by disposing a device (6) for dropping the varnish at an optimum position and eliminating stage switching for dropping the varnish as in a conventional heating treatment by an oven or a hot blast circulation furnace.
