<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for evaluating financial products by which evaluation with uniformity and objectivity about the financial products provided by a banking establishment is performed and evaluation information about them is provided to a user. <P>SOLUTION: An administrative computer 21 computes a risk value (annual rate standard deviation) based on operation results when an operation result period is longer than ten years as a period for evaluation and outputs grades of the financial products. When the operation result period is less than ten years, monthly earning rate of a period running short is supplemented using an advance-decline line of an index recorded in an index data storage part 24. Then, the risk value is computed using the supplemented monthly earning rate and the grades are outputted.
