<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate molding of each part by dividing a vehicle body shell into a plurality of parts and impart high rigidity to the vehicle body shell after joining each part in the vehicle body shell structure of a bicycle. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle body shell structure of the bicycle, getting on/off areas 63 are provided on both right and left sides of the vehicle body shell S mounted to a vehicle body frame F. The vehicle body shell S is divided into the right and left side panels 110 having at least getting on/off areas 63, and a roof panel 111 disposed between the upper end parts of the side panels 110. A first groove shape part 114 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on the upper end part of each side panel 110, and a second groove shape part 115 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on both right and left parts of the roof panel 111. The first and second groove shape parts 114, 115 are mutually overlapped to be joined by screws 116, a heavy-walled reinforcing rib 119 raised inward the vehicle body shell S is constituted, and a molding 117 covering the head parts of the screws 116 is inserted and fixed in the upper side groove shape part 115. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
