PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-saving electronic apparatus by starting CPUs for a period only needing starting for shared processing even when the electronic apparatus is equipped with a plurality of the CPUs.

SOLUTION: A particular CPU for power supply control is started only in the case of applying power supply control to the other CPUs. When the particular CPU has other prescribed functions than the power supply control, the particular CPU is started for a period required only for the prescribed functions.
