MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DIFLUOROPHOSPHATE, NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION FOR SECONDARY CELL, AND A NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION SECONDARY CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing method of a difluorophosphate which is useful as an additive for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a secondary cell using a cheap and easily available feed material.

SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a difluorophosphate, a feed salt comprising a carbonate and/or a borate is reacted with a feed gas comprising P, F, and, depending on a case, contained O. As the feed salt, lithium carbonate is favorable, and as the feed gas, a gas obtained by decomposing LiPF6is favorable, and especially it is favorable to react by mixing the LiPF6with the lithium carbonate. This non-aqueous electrolyte solution contains the reaction product, and this non-aqueous electrolyte solution secondary cell uses this non-aqueous electrolyte solution.
