<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer storage container and an image forming apparatus such that an information recording portion securely is conductive to a primary device body while setting of the container is kept excellent even when the developer storage container is such a type that a developer is stored in a deformable bag-shaped storage portion. <P>SOLUTION: The developer storage container has: a bag-shaped and deformable toner storage body 21 which stores toner as a developer; and a ferrule member 30 which is fixed to the toner storage body 21 and is made of a rigid body having a single discharge portion, and is provided with an information substrate 22 as the information recording portion which records information into the ferrule member 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
