PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make vibration and noise hardly transmittable from a rotary driving device to the interior of a cabin through the rotating shafts connected to each other in a power steering device having a plurality of rotating shafts fitted and unrotatably connected to each other. SOLUTION: This power steering device includes: a steering shaft 20 slid by the steering operation to steer a wheel; the rotary driving device 41 for adding assisting power to the sliding of the steering shaft 30; a drive transmitting mechanism 40 having a primary rotating shaft 42 rotated by the operation of the rotary driving device 41 and a secondary rotating shaft 43 connected to the primary rotating shaft 42 to be fitted in the shape of a non-complete round and unrotatable to rotate with the primary rotating shaft 42 and transmitting the driving force of the rotary driving device 41 to the steering shaft 30; and an elastic member 80 for the rotating shaft, which is interposed in part around the shaft in the mutual fitting parts of the primary rotating shaft 42 and the secondary rotating shaft 43.
