PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of properly correcting a blurring even when the blurring due to a camera-shake or an object shake is caused to part of a photographed image. SOLUTION: Blurring correction image processing compares signal values in the same positional regions of a plurality of image signals (image data) F1, F2, F3 obtained by consecutive shots, selects the region compared for the image signal F1 among the image signals F1, F2, F3 on the basis of a result of the comparison, or produces a region by composing signal values of the regions compared for at least the two image signals including the prescribed image signal F1, and acquires an image signal F4 configured of the selected or produced region.
