FLUOROPOLYMER FINELY PROCESSED MOLDED PRODUCT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily manufacturing a fluoropolymer finely processed molded product having fine recessed parts having a high aspect ratio precisely formed thereto and having a thickness of 100μm or below. SOLUTION: The fluoropolymer finely processed molded product with the thickness of 100μm or below is manufactured by applying fine processing to a processing material made of a fluoropolymer, that is, by irradiating the processing material made of the fluoropolymer, which has a thickness of 100μm or below and is directly brought into contact with a base material to be laminated thereon, with radiation light of 1.0×1013photon/s mm2or above to apply fine processing thereto. The maximum height (Rmax) of the surface roughness of the processing material made of the fluoropolymer is preferably 500 nm or below. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
