PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly, inexpensive electricity accumulating unit, by which it is charged efficiently and simultaneously only by carrying and doing an exercise or the like, with no inconvenience such as a noise generated, and maintenance is easily performed when any trouble is caused. SOLUTION: In the electricity accumulating unit, a movable permanent magnet 21 is reciprocated within a slide portion 22 around which a coil 24 of a power generation unit 11 is wound, by which a battery 13 is charged by electromagnetic induction electromotive force generated in the coil, through a rectifier 12, and stationary permanent magnets 23 are fixed at both ends of the slide portion 22 so that these may be repulsive for magnetic poles of the movable permanent magnet 21 which slides inside. With such a constitution, the stationary permanent magnets 23 do not collide with the movable permanent magnet 21, for magnetic poles are repulsive each other, and causes the magnet 21 to slide at high speed in an opposite direction, by which power is generated efficiently.
