PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeating device in which a key station wave is relayed well and stably when SFN is established in digital terrestrial broadcasting employing an OFDM system. SOLUTION: OFDM signals received by an array antenna of an array receiving means 1 constituted of a plurality of array elements and corresponding to that of the array elements in number are subjected to filtering through an adaptive filter in a filter means 2 for compounding the arrays, and these outputs are compounded by an array compounding means 3 to generate an array compound signal which is then compounded by a feedback signal compounding means 4 with a feedback signal produced by filtering the output signal through a filter means 6 for creating a feedback signal thus creating an output signal. A filter coefficient control means 7 calculates the filter coefficient of each adaptive filter through inverse high-speed Fourier transformation, imaging component removal, or the like.
