PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet coater which insulates the vibration of an ink jet head and can apply the ink jet stably with good impact accuracy. SOLUTION: The ink jet coater is provided with the ink jet head 6 having a nozzle to jet ink, a supporting substrate 11 to support the ink jet head 6, an elastic material 12 installed between the supporting substrate 11 and the ink jet head 6, a speed sensor 14 and a position sensor 15 which detect the travel speed and variation of the ink jet head 6, actuators 16, 17 which are installed to the supporting substrate 11, to impart the reverse force against the vibration direction to the ink jet head 6 and a vibration control apparatus to output the signal to negate the vibration of the ink jet head to the actuator based on the signals of the speed sensor 14 and the position sensor 15.
