PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide network facsimile equipment capable of performing management on a computer by precisely maintaining the correspondence relationship between a document already transmitted by the facsimile equipment and a communication management report. SOLUTION: The document already transmitted by the facsimile equipment is converted to image files recognizable by a computer 200 by a data conversion means A, and communication management reports related to the transmission result of the facsimile equipment are created by a report generation means B. Electronic mail where the image files are allowed to correspond to the communication management reports in a one-to-one relationship is created by an electronic mail creation means C and transmitted to the computer 200 via a network 150 by a data communication management means D. The correspondence relationship between the document already transmitted by the facsimile equipment and the communication management reports can be grasped precisely on a monitor of the computer 200, and the transmitted document is unconsciously changed into an electronic file by automatically saving the electronic mail into the computer 200.
