PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy operation of a plurality of terminals to be operated, using a single operation terminal. SOLUTION: In indoor space, an operation terminal 201 acquires the characteristic information of itself and an communication party, calculates connection priority of a plurality of operated terminals 202-1 to 202-6 on the basis of the acquired characteristic information, and transmits the connection priority to the plurality of operated terminals 202-1 to 202-6. The operated terminals 202-1 to 202-6 each present the information, corresponding to its own connection priority to indicators 211-1 to 211-6, and each perform an operation corresponding to operation information data to be transmitted from the operation terminal 201 via an external communication line 11-2, in balance (degree) corresponding to own connection priority.
