PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device which is inexpensive and can surely be grounded. SOLUTION: A tray 3 for disk mounting is arranged on a main chassis 2 mounted with an optical pickup in a casing in a back and forth movable fashion (a) and b, a tray ejection opening 4 is opened in a front panel 1b of the casing, an openable/closable cover 5 made of a synthetic resin for opening/closing the tray ejection opening 4 is provided at the front edge of the tray 3, an electrically conductive file 18 is formed on the rear face of the opening and closing cover 5, a leading end 20c of an elastically displaceable plate spring 20 the proximal end part 20a of which is grounded to a printed board in the casing through a lead wire is made opposite to the rear face of the opening and closing cover 5, and when the tray 3 is housed in the casing on the basis of a loading signal, the electrically conductive film 18 of the opening and closing cover 5 is elastically abutted on the leading end 20c of the flat spring 20.
