PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly-eye lens capable of correcting the shape of a distorted irradiation image with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The shape of a lens curved surface part 24b provided protrusively to the exit side of respective lens parts 23b constituting the fly-eye lens 23 is formed in the shape of a nearly rectangular plane whose four corners are rounded, and a plane part 24d optically discontinuous to the lens curved surface part 24b is provided successively to the four corners of the lens curved surface part 24b. Thus, luminous flux at a part which exerts an influence on the shape of the irradiation image 51 particularly is cut, and the irradiation image 51 formed on a surface to be irradiated 50 has a shape near to a rectangle in a state where its four corners are not extended outward. In such a case, fine ruggedness for scattering emitted light is applied to the plane part 24d, whereby light leakage is accurately prevented from occurring on the irradiation image 51.
