PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out new pharmacological actions of a urea compound having a structure represented by general formula [1]. SOLUTION: The urea compound having the structure represented by general formula [1] äwherein, A denotes an (NR4), a (CR5R6) or an O; B denotes an alkylene or an alkenylene group; R1, R2, R4, R5and R6denote each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an adamantylalkyl group or the like; R3denotes an aryl group or an unsaturated heterocyclic ring; and X denotes an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom} or salts thereof have excellent therapeutic actions on neurological diseases.
