PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic that has excellent color development of a colorant raw material such as inorganic pigment, organic pigment, dye, a natural coloring matter, etc., uniform dispersibility to a cosmetic base and a clear color. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by mixing a cosmetic comprising a polyglycerol having 2-20 average polymerization degree calculated from a hydroxy value and a polyglycerol branched fatty acid ester esterified with a 8-22C branched fatty acid as essential components with one or more of colorant raw materials selected from inorganic pigment, organic pigment, dye and a natural coloring matter.
