PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing administration system preventing a fraud such as cheating the transaction amounts by game parlors and surely administering the sales situations of the respective game parlors by a central administration center 600. SOLUTION: A ball dispenser 200 stores the input amount by paper money, which a game player inputs (deposits) in the ball dispenser 200, in an input amount storage database 280, and sends it to an administration server 500 as sales amount information associated with a card ID. The administration server 500 stores the sales amount in a sales amount administration database 560, collates the accumulated input amounts by the ball dispenser 200 with an accumulated sales amount sent from the ball dispenser 200 to the administration server 500 and calculated therein based on an accumulated sales amount determination table 590, and when there is a difference between the both accumulated sales amounts, notifies a warning to the central administration center 600.
