PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sanitary napkin and urine removing pad capable of surely preventing the external leakage of blood/urine or the like with excellent texture, and being manufactured at low cost in a simple structure. SOLUTION: For the sanitary napkin and the urine removing pad, an impermeable sheet is applied to both upper and lower surfaces of a soft absorbent layer in a vertically long quadrangle shape or the like, a soft material surface for improving the texture is provided on the impermeable sheet on the upper surface, and four sides from the soft material surface to the impermeable sheet on the lower surface are bonded so as to be waterproof. A large receiving hole is provided on the soft material surface and the impermeable sheet on the upper surface, the blood and the urine, etc., are made to permeate the completely waterproof absorbent layer surrounded by the upper and lower impermeable sheets, and the leakage to the outside is prevented.
