A plate of wood material, wherein wood fibres or wood flakes and synthetic particles or fibres, respectively, are compressed to a plate by a heat compression process, a portion of the wood flakes or fibres is substituted by a milled or fibrillated agglomerate of mixed synthetics of waste material from waste removal and the particle size of wood flakes or fibres on one side and of the milled agglomerate on the other side, is approximately equal.
