<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to easily recognize the position of merchandise suitable for the customer without carrying about personal information. <P>SOLUTION: A store management terminal 302 transmits a personal authentication ID read by a membership card reading device 102 to a personal information management server 303, and requests personal information. The personal information management server 303 extracts the personal information based on the personal authentication ID, and transmits it through a communication network 100 to the store management terminal 302. Then, the membership card reading device 102 records the personal information received by the store management terminal 302. A membership card information receiving device 201 receives the personal information from the membership card reading device 102 as a radio signal.
