PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve automation of money changing and to effectively prevent violations that could occur due to the automation.

SOLUTION: A user uses a mobile machine MS-k to ask an exchange server ES to provide a foreign money exchange service such that the exchange server ES opens an account for settlement of foreign money exchange. The sum of money designated by the user is paid from a bank account managed by a bank server BNS, and the exchange server ES creates electronic coupon data indicative of the details of the exchange and delivers the data to the mobile machine MS-k. The user carrying the mobile machine MS-k goes to an exchange device EM-l and sends the electronic coupon data to the exchange device M-l to receive the payment of foreign money corresponding to the electronic coupon data.
