<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device for an opening/closing body for a vehicle which improves performance of getting on/off the vehicle even when the passenger is unspecified. <P>SOLUTION: The adjusting device for the opening/closing body for the vehicle comprises the opening/closing body (a side door, an opening/closing roof, etc.) mounted on the vehicle to be freely openable/closeable, an acquisition means for acquiring, from the user, body information (somatotype information like the height and weight, age information, sex information, cloth information like the cloth, shoes, hat and accessory, difficulty information of the body like difficulty information on legs or a lower back, a state of being on a wheelchair, and a state of use of a cane) affecting the performance of getting on/off the vehicle, and a control means controlling the amount of opening/closing adjustment of the opening/closing body.
