<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize soft underwear protecting and insulating heat of a surgical wound part by increasing the thickness of a cloth of a soft material in a place of the underwear in contact with the surgical wound from the beginning, providing cushioning properties and manufacturing the underwear so as to produce neither a seam in the part as much as possible nor the seam at all if possible. <P>SOLUTION: The underwear is worn after a surgical operation is made of the soft material with slight irritation to the skin and is characterized as follows.
