<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant obtained by mixing propane with n-butane and isobutane, having excellent properties as the coolant, such as an extremely small global warming coefficient, without destroying the ozone layer, being safe and without having toxicity. <P>SOLUTION: This coolant composition for an automobile air-conditioner is provided by containing a ternary mixed medium consisting of 50-58 wt.% propane, 29.5-33.5 wt.% n-butane and 10-14.5 wt.% isobutane based on the total weight of the propane, n-butane and isobutane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
