<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent explosion and fire from occurring when a high pressure can is compressed with a press and the like or the stored content in the can is expanded and further to eliminate a troublesome work for searching a punching machine and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The stored content in a high pressure can is extracted out of the can by applying a unit capable of being held under a state where a nozzle is being depressed after the high pressure can is used. With this arrangement, explosion and fire are hardly produced.
