<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular evacuation device capable of allowing an occupant to easily evacuate outside when a vehicle is submerged in water. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular evacuation device has a determination circuit, and water submersion sensors 28A, 28B which are respectively mounted on a front part and a rear part of a vehicle 32 are connected to the determination circuit. The determination circuit detects that the vehicle 32 is submerged in water by the water submersion sensors 28A, 28B, and opens or closes a front seat power window 44 and a rear seat power window 46, and heats a heat wire of a front window 38 and a rear window 42 according to the water submersion posture of the vehicle 32. For example, when a forward portion of the vehicle 32 is submerged in water, a front seat door 50 and a rear seat door 52 are unlocked, the front seat power window 44 is closed to suppress water submersion, and the rear seat power window 46 is opened to facilitate an occupant to easily evacuate.
